I am an experienced IT leader with a long track record in service management, cloud consulting, and technical delivery. I have spent a career lifetime building and running service-led functions, shaping cloud strategy, and helping organisations modernise how they manage infrastructure and services.
My work spans the full lifecycle -- strategy, design, implementation and support -- across public and private sector environments. I have created and led managed services teams, driven customer experience programs, delivered cloud solutions at scale (particularly around AWS), and developed monitoring platforms.
I have a strong commercial and technical grounding, with a focus on practical outcomes. I’m comfortable operating at C-level, working across business and technical teams, and navigating the real-world mess of legacy systems, budgets, and organisational change.
